The Most Important Meal of The Day

If you ask around, most students skip Breakfast in the Caf because they don’t want to wake up any earlier than they already have to. Rest assured – if you make the time for an extra five minutes before that 8 am class, you will be in for a delicious surprise.

My morning routine includes breakfast almost every day. I have become a regular of Chef Randy’s – our resident egg and omelet expert. If you love bacon, cheese, ham, sausage, or peppers and onions, you are at the right place. You can put anything you desire in your omelet, and can get eggs fixed any way your heart desires. There are always fruit, bagels, pancakes, grits, biscuits, bacon, French toast sticks, sausage, hash browns, and so much more available to eat if eggs aren’t your thing.

Besides the food, the cafeteria staff are some of the nicest people on campus, and seeing a smile first thing in the morning is the best way to start your day. With a full belly, you’ll be prepared to take on whatever the day brings – from pop quizzes and biology labs to study sessions and afternoon practice!

With breakfast being served from 7:00 am to 10:30 am Monday-Sunday, I’d highly recommend switching up your routine to make mornings a little tastier.
